# Common Errors & Fixes

❌ Error: Your ticket has been created, but there was an error creating a private channel. A support agent will contact you directly.

✅ Solution: This error usually occurs when your category has over 50 tickets created. The maximum amount of tickets in any category is 50. To resolve this, move the channel that has the "create ticket button" to a different or new category.&#x20;
